Mohammed Munir Ja'afaru ofr, mni

Mohammed Munir Jaafaru is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. He holds an LLB and LLM from the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria. A former Managing Director/CEO National Maritime Authority, Lagos. He started his career as a Lecturer at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria from 1981-1983. He was at various times Commissioner in Kaduna State. From 2001-2005, he was the President, Kaduna Chambers of Commerce, Industry Mines & Agriculture (KADCCIMA). He was appointed Chairman, National Export Processing Zones Authority from 2001-2004. He serves in various Federal/State committees and Non-Governmental Organizations. He is currently the District Head of Hanwa, Sabon-Gari, Zaria. He was awarded member, National Institute of Policy and strategic Studies (mni) by NIPSS, Kuru in 1991 and also a recipient of the Officer of the Order of the Federation (OFR) 2003. Mohammed Munir Jaafaru was born on 25th March, 1956 in Zaria.


Ibrahim Dutsinma Boyi
Managing Director/CEO

Ibrahim Dutsinma Boyi graduated in 1984 with a B.Sc. degree in Accounting from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and also holds an MBA from ESUT Business School, Lagos. Mr. Boyi has over 24 years of practical experience in the Energy Industry (oil, gas and power) across the West African sub-region. He has extensive experience in financial and business process re-engineering and turn-around, IT systems design, change management, development of corporate strategies and corporate performance management. He served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Pioneer Natural Gas Distribution Company, Gaslink Nigeria Limited from 2004-2005. Mr. Boyi has held several executive and senior management positions such as Executive Director (Corporate Planning and Investments), Accounts and Finance Manager, Audit Manager, Head Office Accountant and Audit Supervisor in Oando and Total Nigeria Plc. He also served as Managing Director/CEO Eterna Oil & Gas Plc from 2005-2010. He was the Chairman/CEO Lenux Group, a position he held before his appointment as PAN Nigeria Managing Director/CEO. Mr. Boyi has also served in various national committees such as the National Technical Working Committee on Vision 20-2020 (Energy), National Supply Planning Committee (open access for petroleum products infrastructure) and Member and Chairman Commercial Sub-Committee of Bunkering Committee. Mr. Boyi was born on 5th January, 1962.

Mr. Boyi is an alumnus of the prestigious INSEAD, France, Lagos Business School and Thunderbird Institute of Management, Phoenix Arizona.

Jumat Alli-Oluwafuyi
Executive Director of Finance

Jumat Alli-Oluwafuyi is the Executive Director, Finance. He holds an HND in Accounting from the reputable Polytechnic, Ibadan. In May1983, he enrolled for the professional examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1984. Alhaji Oluwafuyi trained with Akintola Williams & Co. between 1983 and 1985, and later joined UAC Nigeria Plc, where he worked for four years and was transferred to Group Textiles Division and G. B. Olivant Division of the company, between 1990 and 1996. He left the company as the Divisional Commercial Director in 1996 to become the Finance Director of Glaxo Wellcome Nigeria Limited. He subsequently moved to Evans Medical Plc as Finance Director, a position he held until April 2010 when he resigned and started a new career as Accountant in Practice. Alhaji Alli-Oluwafuyi was born in Lagos on 20th June, 1956.

Nazif Rufai
Head, Human Resources

Nazif Rufai was born on the 7th September, 1965 in Malumfashi Katsina State. He has attained his primary and secondary education between 1973 and 1984. He was a student at Katsina College of Science & Technology KCAST Zaria between 1984-1986. He has attained his Bsc Degree from Bayero University Kano in Economics & Political Science (Combined Honors) between 1986-1989. Shortly after the National Youth Service, he picked an appointment with Federal Ministry of Transport as Planning Officer in 1990 — 1991. Having seen prospects in Peugeot Automobile Nigeria Ltd, he resigned his appointment with the ministry and joined PAN in May 1991 as Commercial Officer (Area Representative) in the Commercial Division. He was transferred to Industrial Division to Head Local Content Central Reception between 1996-2002; He was moved to Head Local Stock Supply & Control in 2002-2005; He was also transferred to Personnel & Administration Division in 2005 as Senior Personnel Officer; He was Head Personnel Affairs Department between 2006 — 2010 which was also a turbulent period of transition to privatization. He was Manager Human Resources & Administration between 2012 — 2015. He has been assigned to oversee the affairs of Human Capital Division from December 2016 to date. He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma and Master's Degree in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria between 2006 — 2011. He has attended several seminars and courses including Effective Sales Management Seminar organized by AP France. He is member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. He is married with children, has as his hobbies travelling; table tennis & reading.

Augustine Ikebude Okolo
General Manager, Operations

Augustine Ikebude Okolo is the General Manager Industrial Division of PAN Nigeria ltd. An accomplished engineer and administrator with over 28 years of work experience spanning the academia to auto manufacturing. He holds Masters degrees in Engineering and Business Administration. Engr. Okolo started his working career as a lecturer and later joined the Nigerian Railway Corporation in January 1987. He was a member of the team that revamped the Tafawa Balewa Square Complex in the wake of TCPC in 1993 and later same year joined PAN as the Maintenance Manager. He has occupied various management positions: Manager Local Parts Purchase - 1997, Production Manager Body Shop - 2000, AGM Production Body & Paint Shops - 2001, Deputy General Manager Industrial Division - 2003 and was promoted to General Manager Industrial Division in June 2012.

He is a seasoned professional and fellow of several professional bodies. He is the current National Chairman of the Automotive Engineers Institute (AutoEI).

Omagbitse Bawo
General Manager, Sales & Marketing

Omagbitse Bawo holds a B.Sc. Economics degree of the University of Ibadan (1979) and an MBA Finance degree of the University of Port Harcourt (1982). He is an active member of the Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants and affiliated to the Institute of Forensic Accountants. Bawo had served as Senior Vice President, Retail Banking, Bank PHB Plc. and General Manager, Corporate Planning and Investments at Habib Nigeria Bank Plc. with responsibilities for strategic planning, corporate transformation and coordination, and performance measurement. In a long banking career, he worked variously as Group Head, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Head, Credit and Marketing, accumulating considerable experience in marketing and business development, organizational  coordination, planning,  risk management, performance monitoring and measurement, and wealth creation. Bawo's long term interests are in economic development and poverty reduction in the poor countries of the world. His hobbies include football, international cricket, tennis, chess, athletics and adventure.
