Mohammed Munir Ja'afaru ofr, mni
Mohammed Munir Jaafaru is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. He holds an LLB and LLM from the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria. A former Managing Director/CEO National Maritime Authority, Lagos. He started his career as a Lecturer at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria from 1981-1983. He was at various times Commissioner in Kaduna State. From 2001-2005, he was the President, Kaduna Chambers of Commerce, Industry Mines & Agriculture (KADCCIMA). He was appointed Chairman, National Export Processing Zones Authority from 2001-2004. He serves in various Federal/State committees and Non-Governmental Organizations. He is currently the District Head of Hanwa, Sabon-Gari, Zaria. He was awarded member, National Institute of Policy and strategic Studies (mni) by NIPSS, Kuru in 1991 and also a recipient of the Officer of the Order of the Federation (OFR) 2003. Mohammed Munir Jaafaru was born on 25th March, 1956 in Zaria.
Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed
Mr Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed graduated in 1984 with a BSc. degree in Agric. Economics from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and also bagged an MSc. in Banking and Finance from Bayero University, Kano (BUK) in 1998. He has over 30 years’ extensive experience in the Nigeria banking sector. His mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) was at First Bank of Nigeria Plc Kano regional office in 1984. He joined the Afribank Nigeria Plc in 1988 as an Executive Trainee in Kaduna where he rose to an accountant. He served as Head, forex department, branch manager and senior manager at Habib Nigeria Bank Limited in Kano. Mr Ibrahim also served as principal manager at Intercity Bank Plc Kaduna, he later worked as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director/CEO Unity Bank Plc, Head Human Capital, Head Corporate Services, and became Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager. He took charge as Executive Director, IT & Operations and Executive Director, Central of Unity bank.
Mr Tanko is alumnus of Harvard Business School (USA), Lagos Business School, Oracle University Dubai and the Prestigious Barewa College (73-78).
Executive Director of Finance
Jumat Alli-Oluwafuyi is the Executive Director, Finance. He holds an HND in Accounting from the reputable Polytechnic, Ibadan. In May1983, he enrolled for the professional examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1984. Alhaji Oluwafuyi trained with Akintola Williams & Co. between 1983 and 1985, and later joined UAC Nigeria Plc, where he worked for four years and was transferred to Group Textiles Division and G. B. Olivant Division of the company, between 1990 and 1996. He left the company as the Divisional Commercial Director in 1996 to become the Finance Director of Glaxo Wellcome Nigeria Limited. He subsequently moved to Evans Medical Plc as Finance Director, a position he held until April 2010 when he resigned and started a new career as Accountant in Practice. Alhaji Alli-Oluwafuyi was born in Lagos on 20th June, 1956.
Shehu Sani Dauda
Executive Director, Sales & Marketing
Shehu Sani Dauda is the Executive Director, Sales and Marketing. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies and a Master of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Salford UK. He started his working career as the Managing Director of All Star Trading Ltd UK in 2004. He moved to ASD Motors in 2006 as the Director of Business Development. In May 2007, he was appointed Manager, Logistics and Supply in Peugeot Automobile Nigeria Limited from where he was elevated to the position of Executive Director, Management Services Directorate and subsequently to Deputy Managing Director. In March 2010, Shehu Dauda was appointed Managing Director of PAN Nigeria Ltd up until 2012 when he voluntarily resigned for private Business. He was the Managing Director/CEO of MS and Sons Auto Limited between 2013 and 2016. He became the Group Managing Director, ASD Group of Companies by 2016 up to the time he was recalled to PAN Nigeria in 2019 as the ED Sales and Marketing.
He is the Chairman of the Governing Board of the French International School Kaduna, alternate Chairman of ASD Group and an active member of the Kaduna Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (KADCCIMA).
Oladapo Babatunde Ojo
Oladapo Babatunde Ojo is the Acting Head, Industrial Operations, PAN Nigeria Limited. Born on January 19, 1969, he attended secondary school at Olivet Baptist High School, Oyo, Oyo state between 1980-1985. He holds an HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and PGD in Management Science. He joined the services of PAN Nigeria Limited as a Quality Local Content Acceptation and Reception Officer in October 1993 after his National Youth Service at Northern Cable Processing and Manufacturing Company Limited, Kaduna. He became the senior officer, Quality Evaluation and Analysis between 1998-2003. He was transferred to the Production Department as the Group Leader of the Body shop in 2003 after piloting the successful implementation of Production Systems Monitoring Plan. He was also the Group Leader of the Assembly Shop between 2006-2012 and became the Head of Production between 2012-2020. He has attended training on Automotive production processes, Quality control in PSA Factories and Operations Management Courses.
He is an alumnus of the Polytechnic Ibadan and Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho, Oyo state. He is also a member of the Automotive Engineers Institute (AutoEI).

Nazif Rufai was born on the 7th September, 1965 in Malumfashi Katsina State. He has attained his primary and secondary education between 1973 and 1984. He was a student at Katsina College of Science & Technology KCAST Zaria between 1984-1986. He has attained his Bsc Degree from Bayero University Kano in Economics & Political Science (Combined Honors) between 1986-1989. Shortly after the National Youth Service, he picked an appointment with Federal Ministry of Transport as Planning Officer in 1990 — 1991. Having seen prospects in Peugeot Automobile Nigeria Ltd, he resigned his appointment with the ministry and joined PAN in May 1991 as Commercial Officer (Area Representative) in the Commercial Division. He was transferred to Industrial Division to Head Local Content Central Reception between 1996-2002; He was moved to Head Local Stock Supply & Control in 2002-2005; He was also transferred to Personnel & Administration Division in 2005 as Senior Personnel Officer; He was Head Personnel Affairs Department between 2006 — 2010 which was also a turbulent period of transition to privatization. He was Manager Human Resources & Administration between 2012 — 2015. He has been assigned to oversee the affairs of Human Capital Division from December 2016 to date. He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma and Master's Degree in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria between 2006 — 2011. He has attended several seminars and courses including Effective Sales Management Seminar organized by AP France. He is member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. He is married with children, has as his hobbies travelling; table tennis & reading.
General Manager, Strategy & Marketing
Omagbitse Bawo holds a B.Sc. Economics degree of the University of Ibadan (1979) and an MBA Finance degree of the University of Port Harcourt (1982). He is an active member of the Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants and affiliated to the Institute of Forensic Accountants. Bawo had served as Senior Vice President, Retail Banking, Bank PHB Plc. and General Manager, Corporate Planning and Investments at Habib Nigeria Bank Plc. with responsibilities for strategic planning, corporate transformation and coordination, and performance measurement. In a long banking career, he worked variously as Group Head, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Head, Credit and Marketing, accumulating considerable experience in marketing and business development, organizational coordination, planning, risk management, performance monitoring and measurement, and wealth creation. Bawo's long term interests are in economic development and poverty reduction in the poor countries of the world. His hobbies include football, international cricket, tennis, chess, athletics and adventure.
