Hon. Ahmed Wadada Aliyu (Sarkin Yakin Keffi)
Chairman
Hon. Wadada is a two-term member of Nigeria's Federal House of Representatives (2003-2011). He was the pioneer Chairman of the House Committee on Capital Markets and Institutions, and was concurrently a member of the House Committees on Gas, National Security and Intelligence, and Media and Publicity.
In his second term in the House of Representatives, he was the Chairman of the House Committee on Information and National Orientation, a member of Committees of the Federal Capital Territory, Sports, and Police Affairs.
Between 2011 and 2012, Hon Wadada was appointed Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Hon. Minister of the Federal Capital Territory on Budget, Project monitoring and Evaluation and National Assembly matters.
Hon. Wadada holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration from Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa, Nasarawa State. He has over 32 years work experience spanning UBA Plc, Benue Cement Company, Kano Tobacco Company, and Vision Group.
He has attended international conferences, seminars, and workshops in Canada, the United States of America, Jordan, Kenya, and Sri Lanka. He is the recipient of many awards granted by various Nigerian organisations.
Alh. (Dr.) Sani Dauda (Garkuwan Zazzau Babba)

Alh. (Dr.) Sani Dauda , MON, started his business career modestly in retail before moving to the automobile industry as a dealer. His immense success in this sector earned his company, ASD Motors, the status of Leader Distributor of Peugeot, the long standing official vehicle in Nigeria.
Following the privatization of PAN In 2006, Dr. Dauda became core investor. A broadly diversified entrepreneur, Dr. Dauda also owns Sanada Motors, ASD Oil and Gas, Alsafa International Ltd, Nine Stars Shopping Mall and Bakery, and Soba Farms creating job opportunities for Nigerian youths.
Dr. Dauda is a philanthropist. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he is distinguished with numerous awards including the national honor of Membership of the Order of the Niger (MON), a chieftaincy title by the Zazzau Emirate, and an Honorary Doctorate Degree by the Golden University of California, U.S.A.
Dr. Dauda has served on the Board of Northern Nigeria Diary and NUB International Bank; and is a member of Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce and the Kaduna Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture. He was a member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council.
Humairi Ahmed Humairi
Director
Humairi has over 41 years graduate experience with a BSc Sociology (1979) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and an MSc Organisation Development (1984) from the UK.
He was a one-time Economic Adviser in one of the States in the North Central part of Nigeria, a one-time Director in The Bank of the North which was owned by the 19 Northern State Governments of Nigeria, and a top management staff at Bank of America which later became Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc.
Humairi also served as Managing Director/CEO of a State Government Investment Company. He served as Chairman of the Nasarawa State Government Committee on Privatisation, He was also Chairman Nasarawa State Committee on Revenue Mobilisation. He was a member of the 19 Northern Governors Committee on Privatisation and a member of the 19 Northern Governors Committee on Consolidation of Bank of the North.
He brings to PAN Nigeria Ltd, a wealth of experience from the Public and Private Sector. He is an Alumni of the Harvard Business School (USA) as well as INSEAD (France).
Ambassador Baba Garba
Director
Ambassador Garba graduated with a Bsc (Hons) Pol Science, from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also holds a Masters in International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.
A career Diplomat for 37 years, Ambassador Garba was Nigeria's Ambassador to Morocco from 2017 - 2020. He was also the Director, European Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) from 2014-2017.
Additionally, he was at one time the Consul, Economic and Commercial Affairs, Nigerian Consulate, Atlanta. Other positions Ambassador Garba has held over the years include Country Desk officer, OPEC, Vienna; Country Desk Officer, UNIDO, Vienna; Consular/Admin Officer, Embassy of Nigeria, Bonn, Germany; and Counsellor, Trade and Investment Dept, MFA.
Ambassador Garba has also served in various other capacities in Kinshasa, DRC, Germany, Austria, USA and Morocco, where he was bestowed with a Moroccan National Award by His Majesty, King Mohammed VI of Morocco.
Taiwo Oluleye, FCIS

Taiwo Oluleye, FCIS, graduated in 1987 with a BSc in Economics from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State and MSc in Global Management from the UK. She is a Governance Practitioner and a Certified Chartered Secretary and Administrator. Taiwo is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN). She brings over 33 years of work experience into PAN. Taiwo has extensive private sector experience in Banking, IT, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and Economic Development having trained both in Nigeria and the UK. She brings into PAN, extensive private sector knowledge.
Taiwo was the CEO of NESBITT Investment Nigeria Limited until her recent appointment as the Acting Managing Director of PAN Nigeria Limited.
