he Managing Director, PAN Nigeria Limited, Mr. Ibrahim Boyi has called on recently graduated Batch 'C' Corps members posted to the company to remain resolute and effi cient as they move into a new phase of life.
Speaking at the send-forth ceremony in honour of the Corps members, Mr. Boyi said the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) off ers abundant opportunities to Nigerians to understand and appreciate the diverse cultures in Nigeria and called on the graduating Corps members not to forget the objectives of the NYSC even as they graduate. The MD further encouraged the passing out NYSC members to remain good Ambassadors of PAN adding that they should continue to uphold the values and integrity inculcated in them by the company.
In her address, the General Manager, Corporate Resources, Hajiya Mariam Mohammed commended the graduating Corps members for successfully completing their service programme and stressed the need for them to be ingenious and make sure they rely on their wits to earn a better livelihood rather than waiting on white collar jobs.
Responding on behalf of the NYSC members, Mohammed Hakilu, also a graduating Corps member, thanked the management of PAN Nigeria for accommodating them for service and expressed appreciation to the various unit heads for moulding and shaping their thoughts.
High point of the occasion was the presentation of mementos to the Youth Corps members for their meritorious service and dedication to duty.
