Dr. Haroun I. Aliyu
Dr. Haroun I. Aliyu has extensive experience spanning 25 years in the fields of government, oil and gas, and corporate management. He holds a diploma in Data Processing and Programming from COS, Makurdi, a higher diploma in Accountancy from the Kaduna Polytechnic, a masters in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan and a doctorate degree in Business Administration from ISM, Paris. He has attended numerous local and international courses on Business and Information Technology Management.
He began his career as an auditor with the Lower Benue Basin Authority in 1984 from where he joined Unipetrol Nigeria Plc as a Computer Manager in 1995 and was elevated to Divisional Manager in 2000. From 2001 to 2004, he was CEO of the company’s Togo and Benin Republic operations after its post privatization transformation to Oando Plc. He worked for two years as Managing Consultant/CEO of Fairview Consult Ltd before joining PAN in 2007 where he served as Special Adviser to the MD and General Manager Commercial before being appointed the company’s Managing Director in 2008.
Dr. Aliyu is Vice Chairman of Jabl Nour, Togo, and is currently on the Board of Fairview Consults Ltd, Rich Flour Mills Ltd and Alpha Oil Ltd, Togo. He is an associate member of the Computer Association of Nigeria; a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; a member of the Institute of Management of Nigeria; and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria.
Shehu Sani Dauda
Shehu Sani Dauda holds a Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies and a Master of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Salford UK. He started his working career as the Managing Director of All Star Trading Ltd UK in 2004. He moved to ASD Motors in 2006 as the Director of Business Development.
In May 2007, he was appointed Manager, Logistics and Supply in Peugeot Automobile Nigeria Limited from where he was elevated to the position of Executive Director, Management Services Directorate and subsequently to Deputy Managing Director.
He is currently the Chairman of the Governing Board of the French International School, Kaduna, and an active member of the Kaduna Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (KADCCIMA).
Jaime Pena
General Manager Industrial
Jaime Pena is an expert Engineer and Factory Manager with experience in the automobile industry spanning three decades. He holds an Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University Federico Santa Maria (Chile), a Certificate of Professional Specialization on Project Management form
the University of Chile, and a Certificate in Organization and Methods from the Center for Computer and Engineering in Administrative System (C11SA).
He was the Deputy General Manager of the Automobile Peugeot factory in Madrid, Spain before joining PAN as General Manager Industrial in December 2006.
Mohammed Usman
General Manager Corporate Resources
Mohammed Usman has over 20 years experience in administration and human resource management both in the public and private sector. He is a graduate of Education (History) and holds a masters degree in History from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
He has served as Commissioner, Ministry of Information and Home Affairs in Kaduna State and twice as Executive Chairman of Makarfi Local Government Area. He joined PAN in 2003 as the General Manager, Personnel and Administration.
Usman is a fellow of the Institute of Corporate Executives of Nigeria and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
Isah Hassan
General Manager Finance
Isah Hassan is a seasoned banker with over 20 years experience in the finance and banking sector. He is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA and a bachelor degree in Accounting.
After graduation, he worked in the Office of the Auditor-General of Sokoto State from 1986 to 2001, he worked with the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation and later moved to NUB International Bank. He was subsequently employed by First Inland Bank in 2006 from where he joined the services of PAN in 2007 as General Manager, Finance.
Umar Isa Kaita
General Manager Commercial
Umar Isa Kaita is an avid marketer with over 20 years consummate experience in networking, marketing and business development. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from the University of Jos and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Lagos.
Before joining PAN in 2005, Kaita worked as a Business Development Consultant to Alcoa Incorporation, USA, Reyco of Brazil and Tata Electrical Company of India.
Kaita served on the Board of Abbott Laboratories Nigeria Ltd from 1995 to 2001. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of International Affairs and the Nigeria Institute of Management.
Adamu Mohammed Esq
Company Secretary/Legal Adviser
Adamu Mohammed Esq holds a Law degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Masters degree in Business and Commercial Law from Bayero University, Kano. He attended further training in Leadership for Organisational Change at the Georgetown University, Washington, USA; in addition to several instructive foreign and local seminars and workshops.
Barrister Mohammed’s experience in company secretariat management and legal services covers 17 years garnered from working as the registrar of Kano State Robbery and Firearms Tribunal to private Legal practice and subsequently to working in the banking sector where he held various managerial positions in different banks. In May 2007 he joined Peugeot Automobile Nigeria Limited as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.
Barrister Mohammed is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He holds an associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of London, Nigeria Institute of Management, and the Institute of Management Executives & Administrators of Nigeria.
